Our goal is to get your items on their way to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. To make this happen, orders begin processing almost immediately after they are submitted. Once an order is placed, it is automatically routed to our Fulfillment Center, where it enters the preparation and shipping queue without delay. Because this process starts right away, we are unable to make changes after submission. This includes adding or removing products, modifying quantities or sizes, updating payment details, changing billing or shipping addresses, or canceling the order entirely. For this reason, it is extremely important to take a moment to carefully review all aspects of your purchase before completing checkout.

Before submitting an order, customers should double-check product selections, sizes, quantities, payment information, and delivery details to ensure everything is accurate. Verifying these details in advance helps prevent issues that cannot be corrected later and allows fulfillment to proceed smoothly without interruptions or delays.

In order to create a fair and enjoyable shopping experience for all fans and collectors, certain purchase limits may apply. These limits are designed to give as many customers as possible an opportunity to purchase both exclusive and non-exclusive products. As part of this effort, we reserve the right to restrict quantities and to monitor for purchases made through automated systems, bots, or other methods that attempt to gain an unfair advantage.

Quantity restrictions may be applied in several ways. Limits can be enforced per order, per individual, or per household. In some cases, limits may also be based on shared information such as the same credit card, billing address, shipping address, email address, or other order-related details. These safeguards help ensure that products remain accessible and that inventory is distributed fairly across the community.

Orders that exceed the stated limits or appear to be placed using automated tools or other prohibited methods may be canceled even after they have been submitted. If an order is canceled, a temporary charge may still appear on the customer’s payment statement. This pending charge is typically reversed within three to seven business days, although the exact timing can vary depending on the policies of the financial institution involved.

Attempts to bypass purchasing limits are taken seriously. Customers who use multiple email addresses, alter shipping details to appear as separate buyers, place excessive duplicate orders, or engage in other practices intended to evade restrictions may have all associated orders canceled. In addition, such activity may result in restrictions or blocks on future purchasing privileges.

Bulk purchasing is subject to additional review and limitations. Orders placed for resale purposes, or orders that include more than six units of the same item, are considered bulk purchases. We reserve the right to restrict, modify, cancel, or apply special terms to these orders as needed. Bulk purchases may not qualify for standard promotions or promotional discount codes, and additional shipping charges may apply due to the increased handling and logistics involved.
