Shipping Policy

Delivery timelines can differ from order to order because every shipment passes through a complex logistics network that is influenced by many variables. Once a package departs from our fulfillment facility, it begins a multi-step journey that may involve several transportation methods, regional hubs, and carrier-operated sorting centers before it reaches its final destination. The geographic distance between our warehouse and the delivery address is one of the most obvious factors, as shipments traveling longer routes generally require additional transit time. However, distance is only one part of the equation. Carrier workload, regional demand, seasonal peaks, and overall shipping volume can all affect how quickly packages move through the system. External conditions such as severe weather, natural events, or unexpected transportation disruptions can also slow down or temporarily halt delivery routes. Under standard operating conditions, most orders are delivered within an estimated timeframe of ten to twenty business days. This estimate is based on typical carrier performance and applies only to business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. While this window serves as a general guideline, delays may occasionally occur for both domestic and international shipments despite timely order processing.

Because conditions can change at any stage once a shipment is in transit, we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date. After an order is placed and enters processing, all shipping details become final. This includes the delivery address and routing information, which cannot be modified once the package has been prepared for shipment. Packages that have already entered the carrier’s system cannot be redirected or altered. For this reason, customers are strongly encouraged to carefully review all shipping information before completing their purchase. Providing a complete and accurate address helps ensure proper routing and reduces the likelihood of delays, delivery errors, or returns caused by missing or incorrect details.

After a package leaves our warehouse, its movement and handling are fully managed by the selected shipping carrier. During transit, shipments often pass through multiple distribution facilities, each with its own operating conditions, processing capacity, and security procedures. These facilities may experience high shipping volumes, staffing limitations, inspections, or weather-related interruptions that can affect transit speed. In some cases, a package may be temporarily held if the carrier encounters an address issue or requires additional verification before continuing delivery. On rare occasions, an item may become unavailable after an order has already been placed. If this happens, we will notify the customer as soon as possible, remove the unavailable item from the order, and issue a refund for that portion of the purchase.

All orders are shipped with free delivery, regardless of order size or destination. Depending on local delivery policies and the carrier’s requirements, a signature or recipient presence may be necessary at the time of delivery. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier may make additional attempts on subsequent days. Should these attempts fail, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, the order will be canceled and the payment refunded to the original method used at checkout. To help prevent missed deliveries, customers are encouraged to monitor tracking updates regularly and ensure availability during the expected delivery period.

Tracking information is available for all orders through our website. This allows customers to follow their shipment from the moment it is processed through dispatch and its journey within the carrier’s network. Tracking updates provide transparency and help customers stay informed about the current status of their order while awaiting delivery.

Certain situations may prevent an order from being processed or shipped. These can include items being out of stock, delivery destinations not supported by the carrier, addresses that require a physical location instead of a post office box, or issues related to payment authorization. Errors in billing or shipping information may also lead to delays or order cancellations.

If a customer receives an item that does not match what was ordered, they should contact us promptly to arrange a return and refund. Returns related to sizing are accepted, though a new order must be placed for the correct size. If a shipment appears to be delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, customers should first review the tracking details. If tracking shows little or no movement for an extended period, assistance is available by contacting us at loungesfly@outlook.com. Our team will review the situation and work to help resolve any issues as efficiently as possible.
